Step 2:

After registering, you will receive an email with detailed instructions for how to schedule your free introductory session in our client portal.* Attend your session, meet Jeff, and get a feel for the type of workouts you would be doing as a client at Anchor Strength.

*Please note that you will be asked to input a credit card when you log into the client portal for the first time. Your card will only be charged in the event that you don’t show up to your free introductory session, or if you decide you want to purchase a session or package of sessions.

Step 3:

If you decide you’d like to become an Anchor Strength client, you can purchase and schedule your first session or package of sessions in the client portal. Click here for more info on pricing.

What to expect during your free intro session

Together, we will:

  1. Outline your motivation and goals for strength training.

  2. Discuss any concerns you have regarding safety or physical limitations from previous injuries.

  3. Create a customized program using MedX exercise equipment.
