One on One Strength Training
During a typical Anchor Strength workout, you will be guided through a full body strength training program in under 30 minutes. You will be the only client working out on the gym floor, ensuring an optimal and personalized training experience. You will be using medical grade MedX weight machines, which are the gold standard for strength training and rehabilitation. Your trainer will supervise your entire workout, pushing you to your limits and ensuring that you are using proper form during each repetition. You will move slowly through complete ranges of motion, eliminating momentum, forcing your muscles to do all the work. By using this proven process, you’ll be maximizing the benefits of strength training in the safest and most efficient way possible.
